Jeff Henderson

Military & Aerospace Division Manager

Jeff Henderson has been at AIS for 20 Years and been in the Aerospace, Automotive and industrial coating Industry since 1994. I have worked many different industry roles from autobody repair and spray technician until 2001, then moved to an AIS Jobber spray and demo technician until 2006 when I advanced to AIS Technical Coating Sales. I was promoted to Sales Manager for the Aerospace and Automotive division and became a Co-owner in AIS SLC until 2011, when we were acquired by Industrial Finishes and Systems. I was re-assigned with the responsibility for the then, small Aerospace Division. We have been growing and developing this division with my team for 10 years and will continue to support my team and Division to become one of the largest divisions in the Industrial Finishes company.

The best Part of my job is to be part of a winning team and working with my best friends every day.

Rick Shock

AS 9100 Quality Management Representative

Rick Shock is our AS 9100 Quality Management Representative and Outside Sales Account Manager. Rick has been with AIS for over 5 years. He grew up painting homes with his father. His father had his contractors painting license. Rick believes that AIS is set ahead of our competition with our service, industry knowledge and because we buy from a wide variety of supplies, we can offer a huge selection of products. When asked what you love about your job, Rick says the people he works with.

Brayland Ririe

Sales

Brayland Ririe has worked for AIS 3 years, and his roll is sales for both on and off base accounts. Even though Brayland did not have experience in the paint industry before he started with AIS he likes that our company is easy to work with and adapt to our customers needs. “Being a smaller company allows for less bureaucracy of the corporate world to get in the way of meeting our customers’ needs and expectations.” Brayland appreciated the AIS team diversity and the knowledge base that it brings with it. Not one team member has all the answers, but as a team we have access to any questions that arise. “Anyone can sell product. However, businesses thrive when there’s mutually beneficial partnerships. Brett Hill

Sales and Technical Support

Brett Hill provides Sales and Technical Support on coating, sealants, and Hazardous chemicals. He has been with AIS for over 7 ½ years and has 25+ years’ experience in paint and coatings industry in Aerospace, Industrial, Commercial and Residential coatings. Brett loves working hands on with his customers. He receives great satisfaction when a problem is solved. “It feels great to provide solutions that build lasting value with our customers.” Brett believes that our service and knowledgeable staff sets us ahead of competitors we build lasting team relationships with customers. Brett loves his family, flyfishing, spending time outdoors.

Glen Baker

Aerospace Technical Sales

Glen Baker has been with AIS for 7 years and his specialty is Aerospace Technical Sales and process improvement. Glen is retired from the Military Aerospace Industry and Corrosion Group after 30 years of service. His experience with paint and blast processes are vital to our team. Glen says he enjoys meeting new people and constantly changing tasks. He believes that AIS is very customer oriented with vast experience and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Glen says, “Love my job!”

Justine Hall

GSA, FEDMALL and Ecommerce

Justine Hall has been with the AIS team for over a year. She is responsible for GSA, FEDMALL and Ecommerce sales and site management. Although she had no paint experience, Justine enjoys learning new things and opportunities that are provided. She believes strongly that AIS’ knowledge and “Can do” attitude sets us apart from our competition. “We work together and have fun doing it!”

Katie Bolinder

Customer Service Rep

Katie Bolinder is a CSR for Hill AFB accounts and off base customers. She has been with AIS for over 5 years and says she loves the comradery and the passion to get the job done. “Having a team that you can ask for help, bounce idea’s around and just have a good laugh with when you need it the most.” Katie believes that AIS is ahead of our competition due to the devotion and passion by everyone of the staff, making sure that all things are handled in a timely fashion.

Wendy Butler

Terry Gatley

Logistics Support / Assistance, and facilitates

Terry Gatley started on the Automotive side of our company and moved over to the Aerospace division. All together she has been with the company for over a year but worked directly with AIS when she was an auto body estimator and because of the way AIS treated her as a customer it was a great place to work. Her role is Logistics Support & Assistance and facilitates the in-between processes involved with our sales team. Whether it’s shipping freight, quoting a customer, or mixing paint Terry is here to lend a helping hand. With her new position Terry loves how much she can learn; each day is different! Moving from cars to airplanes is quite the learning curve, but my father worked on planes, so I feel a little closer to home. “Do things for people-not because of who they are, or what they do for you, but because of who you are.”

Todd Hadley

Warehouse Manager

Todd Hadley literally grew up with AIS. He started straight out of High School in 2008 and has worked his way up to Warehouse Manager. He is devoted to warehouse organization and set-up. Todd believes that our people, our culture, our standards, and our products make AIS the leader in our industry. He notes the best part of my job is being OCD benefits everyone, seeing inventory accuracy improve because of OCD and setting high goals and have a team willing to help achieve those goals.

Meagan Stack

Customer Service Representative

Meagan Stack is the newest member to our team. She is a customer service representative assisting both Hill AFB and off base customers. Even though she has no previous paint industry experience she has a desire to learn and is grasping the process. She enjoys the knowledge she has gained and the people that she works with.
